Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an A&E General Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care.
Main Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care
- Supervise and assess learners and unregistered staff, providing a teaching role and acting as a named supervisor
- Play a key role in the supervision and assessment of all learners and unregistered staff
- Provide high-quality, safe, and effective patient care
- Communicate succinctly, clearly, and accurately both verbally and in writing
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2)
- Degree / diploma in nursing studies (or equivalent nursing qualification and experience)
- Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Demonstrates evidence-based clinical knowledge
- Use of a car or access to a means of mobility to travel across the footprint of services and to patients' homes in line with service needs
- Evidence of involvement in teaching
- Demonstrate initiative to proactively problem-solve with a solution focus
- Ability to use reflective practice, to continuously improve the standard of patient care
- Experience of the use of clinical systems
- Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
- Ability to coordinate your workload and supervise members of the team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective patient care
