Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Receptionist and MDC Coordinator to join our collaborative team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient referrals and appointment scheduling.
  • Handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Preparing for clinics and maintaining the Movement Disorder Clinic database.
  • Assisting clinicians with various administrative tasks and queries.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the reception area.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality reception services within the Outpatients Department, ensuring effective communication with patients, their families, and a wide range of healthcare professionals. A versatile approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for this role.

Essential Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in clerical roles, particularly in data management.
  • Significant background in healthcare or customer service settings.
