Job Description

We are currently partnering with a Housing Association, a charitable organization operating in the UK, who are recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain systems to identify compliance requirements, performance against standards, and track the performance of any remedial actions required.
  • Identify evidence of the Association's compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements across the business; monitor and report on compliance.
  • Make recommendations on changes required to strengthen the Association's internal controls and approach to compliance and risk management.
  • Contribute towards the maintenance and development of the Association's risk management systems and business assurance framework.
  • Conduct audits and provide compliance advice and support across all functions of the business.
  • Support compliance with Data Protection law through the provision of advice, logging and monitoring issues, and signing off Data Subject Access Requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Social Housing is highly desirable.
  • Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
