Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Finance Developer to join our team at UBS. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing, hedging, and execution functionality to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance algorithms for pricing and hedging
  • Develop and maintain low-latency event-driven programming frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy analytics tools
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in core Java development
  • Strong understanding of low-latency event-driven programming
  • Experience with time series databases and UI development (HTML5/Javascript)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
