- Assess and escalate items requiring attention, ensuring clear, factual communication.
- Knowledge of Loan Agency Administration and documentation.
- Experience with Trade products and processing.
- Proficiency in LoanIQ.
- Customer-orientated approach with strong communication skills and initiative.
- Control mindset with proactive risk management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Teamwork, organizational skills, and prioritization.

- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

- Claim and collect principal, interest, and fees related to loan products.
- Review and clear control report exceptions.
- Review and update procedures on a regular basis.
- Provide solutions to operational problems and suggest workflow improvements.
- Perform self-audits on a quarterly basis.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
