The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Production Resource
  1. Forecasting and reordering of materials to ensure efficient production processes.
  2. Collaborating with production teams to understand processes and material resource requirements.
  3. Conducting regular quality checks, assessments, and internal audits to maintain high standards.
  4. Driving quality controls to reduce issues and delays, and overseeing the induction and training of new production personnel.
Compliance
  1. Ensuring health and safety across all departments, and planning and conducting annual internal and external audits.
  2. Managing the servicing and maintenance of all equipment to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health and safety, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and work effectively with teams. This is a key role in supporting the Managing Director and contributing to the growth and development of the company.

Key Requirements:

  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management (or equivalent)
  • Highly organized with strong administrative and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a production environment (preferably in a supervisory capacity)
