About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at A637 DBOI Global Services (UK) Limited. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of payroll, including manual calculations and validation of payroll data.
- Enter employee amendments, including starters, leavers, and changes to bank details, personal data, and ad hoc payments/deductions.
- Provide second-level support for HR Direct, responding to payroll queries from employees via email and phone.
- Validate and distribute BACS salary payments each month.
- Produce tax information on a monthly and annual basis, including P45, RTI returns, P60, and P11d.
- Run regular and ad hoc reports from the payroll and accounts systems for HR and external auditors.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of tax and national insurance.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP Payroll (desirable).
