Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Freelance Site Manager or in a similar role.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
