Abatec Recruitment is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Site Manager to collaborate with a regional contractor on a freelance basis. This role involves overseeing a significant highways and public realm project.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of projects from the pre-construction phase through to final handover.
- Ensure that all projects are executed within budget, adhere to timelines, and meet the technical specifications set by our clients.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Managers, providing detailed programme and progress updates on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualification in Civil Engineering, such as ONC, HNC, or a degree, or an equivalent credential.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector, particularly in public realm and highways projects.
- Relevant certifications including SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Managers card, and TWC.
