Job Summary:
Copello is seeking a skilled Programme Planner to join our team for an initial 6-month contract. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust plans and controls to ensure project completion aligns with client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning activities and create integrated schedules to drive project success
- Integrate plans with key suppliers into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Provide regular reports on variations and necessary actions to stakeholders
- Identify options to optimize project delivery through resource leveling and rescheduling activities
- Report project progress to internal stakeholders and clients
- Translate project requirements, prerequisites, and constraints within the program schedule
Requirements:
- At least 35 years of experience in planning major projects
- Experience in Defence, Telecoms, or Rail industries
- Proficient in MS Projects and exposure to Primavera
- Strong communication skills for client-facing roles
- Experience integrating project information into an IMS
- Commercially savvy and analytically minded
- Ability to manage multiple workloads effectively
Working Arrangements:
This position will require you to be on-site 4 days a week, with possible travel to London. The role offers a competitive daily rate of circa £400 (inside IR35).
