About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of progression within a global HR function, with experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and leadership development programs that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers to support business growth and development.
- Develop and implement talent management and leadership development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage projects and deliver successful outcomes, with a focus on quality, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

Requirements
- BA/BSc degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 in HR.
- Demonstrable track record of progression within a global HR function.
- Experience in people planning, talent management, and project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
