Teaching Opportunity in Hairdressing

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as an Associate Lecturer in Hairdressing. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, ensuring they receive the best possible training in the hairdressing industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of educators and contribute to the development of our students. As an Associate Lecturer, you will be responsible for preparing, delivering, and assessing hairdressing programs, as well as supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials
  • Support students in achieving their learning goals
  • Contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods
  • Participate in marketing and promotion activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the hairdressing industry
  • Proven track record of high performance
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hairdressing techniques and industry developments
  • Experience working with diverse groups and promoting equality and diversity
  • Recent experience teaching and assessing hairdressing programs
  • Knowledge of City & Guilds requirements
  • Strong ability to adapt teaching methods to support diverse student needs
