As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and guidance of your centre and team, taking full responsibility for performance across all operational aspects, including personnel, service delivery, profitability, sales, and administrative functions.

This role is hands-on, requiring you to engage with the team in the service areas, providing training, motivation, and support as needed to ensure smooth and timely operations. Ideally, you should possess the qualifications and experience to conduct MOT testing, quick repairs, or servicing based on the operational demands.
