About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Gregory Martin International. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients make informed decisions by providing expert analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and run analytical models to support business decisions
  • Collate, manage, structure, analyse, and visualise data to inform senior-level decision making
  • Work with MS Excel and VBA as a key analysis tool to derive unique insights from data
  • Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients and team members
  • Produce internal and external presentations and reports to summarise processes, findings, recommendations, and decision analysis results
Requirements
  • A strong analytical background with a passion for data analysis and data visualisation
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools, including Power BI
  • Understanding of agile software development approaches and software architecture
  • Management Consulting skills with experience working in Defence in the UK
  • Ability to work at senior to junior levels within organisations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Awareness of decision-support approaches, investment appraisal, and cost modelling
  • Interest in Decision Analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • A relevant degree, such as a business, numerical, or technical subject
