CV Library is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of high-end bespoke residential construction projects, ranging in value from £500k to £12m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life cycle, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a strong understanding of the RIBA stages and JCT contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or similar.
- MRICS or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
