Position Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Technical Officer within the Compliance and Servicing Division. In this role, you will concentrate on the scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and the associated technical administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing maintenance activities across various council assets.
  • Collaborate with the compliance manager, technical experts, and contractors to effectively coordinate PPM schedules.
  • Manage the administrative components of compliance tasks, including conducting thorough inspections.
  • Assist compliance managers with data analysis and reporting to maintain high operational standards.

Your attention to detail will be vital in upholding regulatory compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with a background in technical administration, preferably holding a QCF/NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification. A solid understanding of PPM scheduling processes, along with experience in electronic data management and technical data analysis, is essential.
