You will be the primary point of contact with faculties, module teams, and administrative areas, providing direction and guidance to stakeholders across the organization. A hybrid working pattern is anticipated, allowing you to work from home and the office, with some attendance in the office required when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and approve new technical and vocational products, ensuring suitability, growth, and compliance.
- Project manage the design and development of new apprenticeship curricula, providing guidance and support to curriculum teams.
- Oversee University-wide projects from start to close, ensuring timely delivery of key objectives within agreed parameters.
- Develop and agree project plans, identifying key activities, outputs, and resource requirements.
- Evaluate and challenge risk and issue logs, as well as recovery plans.
- Conduct assurance reviews within the project.
- Capture lessons learned from the project and share them with stakeholders.
- Guide and influence curriculum teams on the development of new programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the wider Higher Education (HE) apprenticeships landscape.
- Plan and organize work effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to equal opportunities and diversity.
