We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Real Estate Professional to join our team at Abbotts, a well-established and reputable estate agency in the region. As an Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and viewings to identify potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to a successful completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Work closely with our mortgage advisor to schedule appointments and provide support to clients
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to various locations
