About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Carrot Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialize in recruiting Business Support / Central Function roles, such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to support them with the recruitment of their central function roles.
  • Grow our existing accounts in the UK, EU, and US to seek out new opportunities and develop the relationship further.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.
  • Grow and nurture the talent pool in your sector and constantly expand your candidate network via our own database and social media/networking channels.
