About the Role

We are seeking a RICS registered valuer with at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying to join our team as a Residential Surveyor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports to the highest standard
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our lender clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the mortgage valuation process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
