Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects, and lead the technical team to achieve business objectives.
  2. Project Management: Manage and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  3. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and commercial documentation.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for internal and external stakeholders to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  5. Business Development: Collaborate with the Head of Technical to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and health and safety procedures, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of GLP quality requirements and project management principles.
  3. Skills: Excellent technical and commercial skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
