Ferry Host Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ferry Host. As a key member of our crew, you will provide exceptional service to our passengers and contribute to the smooth operation of our ferry service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the first-mate with vehicle loading and ensure a safe and efficient boarding process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foot passengers, responding to their needs and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments using a card payment machine and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of fitness.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as required.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
