Ferry Host Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ferry Host. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our ferry service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the first-mate with vehicle loading and provide exceptional customer service to foot passengers.
  • Process payments using a card payment machine.
  • Represent our client with politeness and consideration.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift (excluding breaks) and maintain a level of fitness.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, covering morning and afternoon shifts as needed.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
