About the Role

Pertemps Network Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating innovative and modern employee benefits packages to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialise in speaking with clients regarding employee benefits packages, ensuring a smooth administration of healthcare and group risk schemes.
  • Provide high-quality administration support to the team, consultants, and Managing Director to expand and retain existing clients and develop new business.
  • Liaise directly with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, negotiate preferred terms, and draft recommendation reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a group risk role.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
