Job Overview

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for our application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for our application portfolio, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.
  2. Monitor application systems, identifying performance trends and taking proactive measures to prevent problems from arising.
  3. Own and maintain accurate and up-to-date application/system documentation, including data repositories.
  4. Collaborate with the application architect and project services to provide technical support for project deliverables.
  5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the data warehouse, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  6. Run reports and conduct analysis to provide business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance information.
  8. Participate in the development of new and enhanced systems, ensuring consideration is given to data linking, matching, and cleansing across systems.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience working in a 2nd/3rd line support role, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  2. Experience managing assets, including hardware and software, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
