We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Property Manager to join our team at The Dove Partnership in Harlow.
The Role:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process all maintenance queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contact contractors to organize works and ensure smooth project execution.
- Obtain invoices from contractors, verify completion of works, and sign off for payments.
- Ensure access for contractors for appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule.
- Manage and maintain accurate dairy records.
The Person:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in property management or a similar scheduling/dairy management role.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent personal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle.
**What We Offer:**
Dependent on experience and situation, the role is being offered as either temporary-permanent or permanent.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with no Saturdays.
