Senior Facilities Manager

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of facilities professionals to coordinate and maintain facilities operations and compliance.
- Manage facilities and property delivery for all Raytheon Technologies sites, including the delivery of all facilities management services and projects.
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities operations align with business objectives.
- Manage financial accountabilities, including facilities cost centre budget and facilities capital investment.
- Strong leadership experience of teams in matrixed environments.
- Passionate, high-energy, self-starting team player who achieves goals and strives for continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to effectively analyse, understand and develop performance metrics.
- Degree educated in Facilities/Property Management or suitable similar qualifications & experience.
- Demonstrable experience with Asset and Lifecycle management processes and systems.
- Financially astute; able to work to a budget, manage costs and identify savings opportunities.
- Knowledge of CAFM and Safety Management System and integration with Asset Management Systems.
