Main Duties of the JobWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with an innovative approach to service improvement and previous experience of managing clinical programmes. The post holder will be expected to have excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills, as well as an organised mind. Knowledge, skills, and some experience relevant to the specialty are essential.

Person SpecificationKnowledge and Qualifications
- Registered nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register
- Your professional knowledge acquired at degree level will be supplemented by specialist training, experience, and short courses to Masters level equivalent.
- Masters qualification or evidence of actively working towards this.
- Post-registration qualification in appropriate area of speciality or equivalent post-qualification experience.
