Production Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Manager to join our team at Pladis Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing site, ensuring that we meet our production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve site critical metrics and team performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across the site.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all production processes are operating within established standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of achieving results through others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP, Workday, and other manufacturing software systems.
