About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Colten Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of activities to our residents, including group singing, acting, games, and quizzes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver a range of activities to engage our residents, including music, drama, and games
- Work with our residents to identify their interests and preferences and tailor activities accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
- Support the development of our community engagement strategy and contribute to the delivery of community-based activities
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the needs of our residents
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality activities to our residents. You will have a background in theatre, music, or performance, and be confident in front of groups and one-to-one activities. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
