Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team across the UK. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive issues related to building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine maintenance on all electrical and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Address reactive repairs as necessary, coordinating with relevant subcontractors when needed.
- Complete all planned preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the provided instructions.
- Collaborate with subcontractors for repairs and quotations, while monitoring their performance.
- Document completed maintenance tasks using a personal digital assistant (PDA) in accordance with company policies.

Health and Safety:
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all company and client policies and procedures.

On-Call Duties:
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
- Work alongside other trades to resolve electrical issues within agreed service levels.

Qualifications:
- A solid educational background with proficiency in written and spoken English, along with basic mathematical skills.
- Recognized electrical qualifications, including:
- C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations
- C&G Test and Inspection
- Comprehensive knowledge of various building electrical systems and experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes.

Additional Requirements:
- Current knowledge of relevant British Standards concerning electrical systems, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, power systems, and building management systems.
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rota and work shifts as required, including weekends and out-of-hours duties.
