Your Role

As a key player in our store, you will oversee all activities during your shift. Comprehensive training will empower you to lead your team effectively, manage resources, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive our mission to serve and assist every customer with a passion for quality food.
- Manage daily operations, focusing on team performance and time management with a structured and inclusive approach.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow managers to plan ahead, ensuring product availability and smooth operations throughout busy periods.
- Conduct thorough handovers to the next shift manager to maintain continuity.
