Primary Responsibilities:
- Expert Training and Support: Deliver specialized guidance to automotive repair facilities and distributors, ensuring readiness to fulfill client requirements and facilitate new product introductions, training sessions, and value-added initiatives.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and regular engagements.
- Product Knowledge: Provide technical support for our product lines, becoming a recognized expert in our offerings.
- Problem Resolution: Address product-related inquiries, troubleshoot paint issues, and offer constructive recommendations for enhancements.
