Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at WITRON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing repairs and maintenance assignments on electrical equipment, machines, and systems
  • Monitoring operating conditions, detecting deterioration of substances, and identifying recurring faults or failures in electrical equipment
  • Providing support and remedies in daily production operations, contributing to the improvement process
  • Collaborating with our specialists in head office to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Evaluating data and analyzing errors to optimize equipment performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification to HNC/HND and/or successful completion of a Duel Training Program as Electrician and/or Mechanic
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment and machinery
  • Strong customer and team orientation
  • Ability to work a range of shift patterns
  • Autonomous and solution-oriented method of working, sense of responsibility, and capacity for team work
