Your Responsibilities:
As a key member and leader within the Corporate and Commercial in-house legal team, you will support the General Counsel & Compliance Director in navigating the legal risks associated with the Ki Group. Your role will involve:

  • Providing strategic leadership and overseeing the management of in-house legal resources.
  • Offering expert advice on all legal matters related to corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Guiding internal group restructurings and capital initiatives.
  • Managing corporate acquisitions, disposals, and mergers.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Overseeing commercial contracts, particularly those relevant to the insurance sector.
  • Coordinating with external legal counsel and managing external legal services.
