If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative Customer Due Diligence team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) as a CDD Training Specialist.
This role is dynamic and engaging, allowing you to leverage your skills and experience to foster positive enhancements in our current practices and assist us in achieving our mission.
Key Responsibilities:At CAF, every individual contributes to our impact, and as our CDD Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations.
- Lead the identification, planning, and facilitation of training for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team, assessing training needs and developing tailored training programs and materials.
- Maintain the central training records for the CDD team and collaborate with management and other stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Implement and oversee the comprehensive training program for all roles within the CDD team, ensuring a robust onboarding experience for new starters.
- Organize training sessions proactively with team members and support Subject Matter Experts in delivering effective training.
- Effectively communicate and clarify the requirements of related CDD processes during training sessions with colleagues at all organizational levels.
- Stay updated with knowledge regarding CAF systems, processes, and products relevant to the CDD department.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Customer Due Diligence or those possessing relevant transferable skills who are eager to make a societal impact.
- Experience in a CDD/KYC environment within Customer Operations.
- A proven history of identifying, designing, and delivering training programs and initiatives.
- Experience in producing management information.
- A qualification in Training or Coaching.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- The capability to motivate others and support them on their training journeys.
