Job Title: Trial Manager

At KWS, we are pioneers in plant breeding and seed production, dedicated to revolutionizing the way we feed the world. We're seeking a skilled Trial Manager to join our team and contribute to our maintenance breeding program and initial multiplication of inbred varieties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance breeding team in alignment with KWS values.
  • Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks for the team.
  • Collaborate and maintain clear communication with breeding and commercial teams.
  • Oversee field production of varietal rows and blocks.
  • Conduct purity checks of all lines and meticulously collect data.
  • Utilize and maintain our variety database.
  • Manage orders for trial seed.
Requirements:
  • A university degree or similar educational background.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Field or farm experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
