Agricultural Technician

KWS UK Ltd. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Technician to join our team in Thriplow, near Cambridge.

This is a full-time, permanent position that involves assisting with field, barn, laboratory, and glasshouse operations essential for the successful development of new crop varieties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out field activities such as drilling, pest control, rogueing, scoring, and harvesting.
• Work indoors on variety purity checks, seed processing, and crossing.

Requirements:

• Eager to learn about plant breeding.
• Ability to work within teams and alone.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• UK driving license.
• Agricultural machinery experience beneficial but not essential.
• Will to work longer hours during peak periods.
