Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new employees, including processing paperwork, conducting orientation, and providing necessary training.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate applications, interview schedules, and onboarding progress.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and onboarding.
Requirements:
