Key Responsibilities:


• Support the Project Manager/Senior Engineer in the daily oversight of site technical and engineering needs (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Design Team Workshops, etc.).


• Aid the Project Manager/Senior Engineer in implementing quality control protocols on-site, ensuring alignment with the overall project quality assurance plan.


• Grasp the short-term schedule to ensure all necessary documents and information are accessible for the Project Team and Sub-contractors to complete tasks as planned.


• Collaborate with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.


• Work alongside the Project Team to identify any information deficiencies, develop solutions, and rectify issues in coordination with the site and design teams promptly.


• Foster strong relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.

Qualifications Required:


• A degree in Engineering or a related field.


• Familiarity with construction methodologies - proficient in all aspects of setting out, surveying, and leveling, with an understanding of temporary works coordination.


• Strong numerical and record-keeping capabilities, along with excellent organizational skills.


• Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.


• Ability to make informed decisions and recognize when to escalate issues. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and project management software.
