Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Staff Development: Support the professional development of junior staff, including mentoring, teaching, and sharing knowledge and expertise.
