Health Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Marketing Specialist to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, activities, and tools to support the Workspace Health Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve budgeted shipment and EBITDA goals
- Oversee all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns, promotions, sales, and marketing tools
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing marketing activities
- Take responsibility for photography and video shoots, including compiling briefs, identifying agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of assets
- Coordinate with local marketing teams across Europe and Marcoms to produce effective strategies
- Monitor campaigns and activities, analyze data, and evaluate the success of marketing efforts
- Prepare key presentations and launch documents, including competitive matrixes, range propositions, and positioning
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets and expenditure wisely
- Proven track record of developing and launching marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives
- Proven work experience in a marketing team or as a marketing manager
- Proven ability to develop marketing initiatives and effectively communicate recommendations
- Good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, within a B2B/B2C environment
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design and web design
- Strong organizational and project management skills
