About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our team at Mamas & Papas Stratford store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a magical experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement
