About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team at Mamas & Papas Stratford store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest products and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required
