The ideal candidate will have a strong customer base, consisting of key accounts, regional dealer accounts, and projects-based consultant and specified-led business.
With technological developments driving the market towards green technology, such as CO2 and A2L refrigerants, heat reclaim, and net zero, we are looking for a commercial sales manager who can promote our business and technologies to our customer base, supported by our commercial and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the commercial director in developing and implementing sales strategies to capitalize on the green technology market.
- Provide training to sales agents and assist where needed, upskilling the team.
- Help develop new markets, such as clean rooms, and further develop our funeral care business.
- Collaborate with the commercial director to develop a process for a multidisciplinary review of large tender submissions to ensure the most competitive offer while protecting business profitability.
The successful candidate will be based in Kings Lynn with nationwide travel to see clients. The package includes a company car, performance bonus, and a highly competitive salary for the right applicant.
