Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and supporting the cafe manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the cafe team and manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Motivate and support the team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets
  • Assist with inventory management, budgeting, and implementing action plans to drive business growth
  • Manage the cafe's tills and process payments efficiently
  • Support and train team members to excel in their roles
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image
Requirements
