Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet our quality, safety, and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure that production targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we receive high-quality materials and services.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
