About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Broker to join our International Property team within our Global Broking Centre. As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze submission data to inform business decisions
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking activities
  • Present terms to clients and network partners
  • Record broking activity in market sheets and review draft/final MRCs
  • Send cover confirmation to clients and network partners
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
  • Attend client meetings and build strong relationships

Requirements
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established relationships
  • Technical Insurance knowledge across the Asia Pacific Property markets
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships and a book of business
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
