  • Oversee and facilitate the inclusion strategies within the academy's behavior management framework.
  • Provide education and feedback on positive social skills and attitudes, contributing to our culture of academic excellence.
  • Advocate for inclusion over exclusion among students, parents, and guardians.
  • Supervise students in reflection rooms, ensuring they complete assigned tasks to a high standard while encouraging self-reflection on behavior and attitudes.
  • Assess the effectiveness of inclusion strategies and report findings to the leadership team.

Employment Details:

This is a permanent position, requiring 37 hours of work per week during term time, with a salary range of £22,521 - £24,111 per annum, depending on experience.
