Position Overview
The Senior Lecturer role will be an integral part of the teaching faculty within the Fashion & Fabrication pathway, contributing to the broader Foundation core educational team. This position involves enhancing the established excellence in pedagogy and the esteemed reputation of the Foundation course at Kingston University, particularly within the Fashion pathway. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the evolution and advancement of the Fashion pathway, which encompasses various disciplines including Womenswear and Menswear design, costume, and textiles.
Responsibilities
In addition to fostering the academic growth of students, this role entails providing pastoral support to a diverse student body, engaging in various levels of academic leadership, and participating in management and administrative tasks. Building and maintaining collaborative relationships within the Department, School, Faculty, and University is essential.
